♛ Personality ♛

Laurent is aloof and calm most of the time. Though, whenever he talks, expect him to be rather cynical and sarcastic. The hybrid isn't necessarily rude; he can be polite and friendly, too.

He tends to watch his surroundings cautiously; even follows certain people that he considers as “interesting” until they get scared of him. Being a nocturnal, he might even watch you sleeping in the middle of the night.
Laurent doesn’t know the meaning of privacy.
His stalking habits is disturbingly his own way of getting close to people . . .
And being his friend . . . no, you don’t want to be his friend. crai

♛ Biography ♛

» "Playful kitty." «
Raised up in a small village along with his siblings and cousins, Laurent used to be a troublemaker. He was one of the youngest hybrids of their race and had troubles to get the adults' attentions. His uncles tried their best to teach every single Black Panther the way of transforming their Eden into magic. Most of them did a good job - except of Laurent who even skipped training. He preferred spending his time in the forest and playing with animals. They taught him to sensitize his senses and how survive in the nature.

» "Crying cat." «
Laurent's parents and uncles were acknowledged soldiers and they all served the kings and queens. It was a family tradition and everyone expected their offspring to follow their steps.
The peace was disrupted soon enough when most of the Black Panthers died during a war against dangerous bandits. Over fifty percent of the Clan was wiped out. They soon moved away from the village; far away from where bad memories lied.
Knowing that Laurent couldn't do anything to support the family, he grew up to become a diligent student of the few adults that survived during the war. He wanted to be useful.

» "Hungry panther." «
Eventually, the family broke into pieces. Many decided to turn away from the military and war - but Laurent kept going forward. Since there were no one anymore who could teach him how to use magic, he decided to enroll The Academy of Heroes; it was an advice from his grandfather.

And it was a new start and a new chance to find what lied in the future.
